Features
(1) Duty cycle of 75% ED is available and working efficiency is improved by reducing rest period.
(2) Extraction ability is improved by applying over-excitation control (DC 290 / 200V) method.
(3) Over-excitation system with over-shoot function(DC 350 / 290 / 200V) will generate stronger attraction.
(4) In case of using 50% ED, transportation ability is improved as much as 15% and 30% of standard values for
No.1 heavy-melting scrap and No.2 heavy-melting scrap, respectively,
(because of low increasement of coil temperature).
